Latest Version of Chronograph - AirChrony-S3

Update on the Latest version of the DIY Chronograph, the PCBs have arrived, I've populated them, assembled the chronograph and done some basic testing, so far so good.

Also, to help assemble the detector and emitter PCBs with the detectors/LEDs I made a helper jig, this makes sure that the distance between the lenses on the detectors/LEDs are spaced exactly 50mm apart to match the tube.
